ARB has just launched a real game changer today in the auxiliary lighting industry with their brand-spanking-new ARB Intensity LED Lights. Sure, LED lighting isn't exactly new to the market, but offering it in the traditional round-style form factor with the reach of traditional halogen and HID lights is. Over the last three years ARB has been carefully testing, designing, and evaluating a variety of LED lighting options, the result is the Intensity LED light series available in both a spot and flood beam. The new lighting solution also marks ARB's first foray into lighting—something that had traditionally been an IPF only solution.
Most important to the design was a solution that would work with their existing bull bar designs—something that the existing LED light bars didn't quite do effectively. Overland Journal Editor-in-Chief Chris Collard has been lucky enough to spend a few days testing one of the very first Intensity production models in the remote deserts of Nevada.
