From what I understand VW and BMW have manufacturing plants in Romania. They find the skill of the employees to be high and the costs low. Other companies out source their engineering and 3 D modeling to Romanian companies.

That's interesting, they must just be doing the engineering and modeling.

I understood that Daewoo has a production plant and Ford just acquired a 74% interest in Automobile Craiova. If so it looks like the Romanian economy is on the way up.

Those are so sweet looking. Does the Boxy green one have a removable Hard Top??? I notice it has hooks along the "bed Side" like an old Toyota. Those are so awsome, and I love the tires espescialy.

Tires is for farm use but is the best in mud ;))
Aro 10 have transmission problem (is to small for hard offroad use)
M461 is very strong and is a model from soviet GAZ69

Hi soimu',

Our son-in-law was in Romania in 2006 when he rode in the "Romaniacs" competition. That's he in the photo below. (I'd give credit, but I don't know the photographer. The photo was on the Romaniacs web site that year.) Andy said he saw some beautiful country and wants all our family to go visit there.

He took many photos of some neat trucks, including a couple that look like your M461. At one point he was taken up in the mountains on some tracks similar to the one in the photo and was most impressed by the performance of the truck, and he knows something about performance of trucks in rugged country.

Cool, so will you be upgrading the tranny on the Aro 10??? While I really dig the 461, the other is just so boxy and functional. Put a Toyota mini-truck Drivetrain underneath it and it'd be PERFECT!!!!!

Imposable for me
First, the front axel is independent, and is very hard to change the system …
Differential is 9/41 and that is the problem.
And the romaninian law is so so stupid.
Everything must be analyzed and the cost for that is very big.
The aro 10 is a cheep car, (2000 dollars) and is not worded...
In 2 years I don’t have the permission to drive the aro 10 car…noxese problem, non euro motor…
