Well, here it is. It's not too spicy, no vinegar in it and no aftereffects

"Sriracha is made from sun ripen chilies which are ground into a smooth paste along with garlic and packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle. It is excellent in soups, sauces, pastas, pizzas, hot dogs, hamburgers, chowmein or on anything else to give it a delicious, spicy taste. Like all our sauces, we use only the highest quality ingredients and never any artificial colors or flavorings."

There is always a bottle of that sauce floating around our kitchen. Like burl said, it's great on rice.

Now thats good!

Oh,, one thing to watch with that sauce, the longer is sits open the hotter it gets.. If you don't use it much after a few months you will notice a rise in heat...

I've been using that stuff for years. I put it on just about everything except ice cream.

I keep a bottle in the fridge at work as well.
I will often dip my fries in sriracha instead of ketchup.

Have you tried their sample pack? Sounds like a good deal, although I have not yet ordered it.

Watch closely when purchasing this product at the store, there are some sneaky imitators whose packaging looks very close. A friend was fooled, so he and I had a taste-off. Sriracha won.

My youngest son missed this when he moved from Los Angeles to Oklahoma City, so I mailed it to him for a time. Now it is even available there!

Yep, one of the better hots.
