Inspection?

Are Class B/Converted Camper Vans subject to any special inspection? Do all seats, even the makeshift bed require seat belts? Im in the process of converting a van and am worried at the end its going to be impossible to pass inspection. Thanks in advance for any info:REExeSwimmingHL:
