I'm new to this board, I have a thread going in the trailer area .We live up in the desert north of L.A.
My Preferred mode of off road traveling is a 1978 Cherokee. I've had it a while and have accomplished a few modifications , New Dash, Leather seats from a 2005 Cherokee and a swing out rear tire/can bumper, bigger engine stuff like that these things are never finished.

I always liked the 2 doors. Is that a Chief? Love the color, very sharp.

Welcome to ExPo -

Thanks and yes its a Chief with the "S" package (AC,PS,PB Cruise).
MPG's are bad but I do love my jeep.

P.S. I love wing windows.

I'm a big fan, my brother had 3 when I was little. It's a shame you don't see them offroad anymore. I've got grand wagoneer axles in my YJ.

Finnaly some info on that nice Chief. What engine trans t-case trio are you running?

My first Jeep was almost a 78 Chief in yellow and black 360 th400. It was a nice machine but the owner and I couldn't come to a price agreement lol.

Thats a darn fine Chief, you've got there. And like I stated in your trailer post, I jealous of your rig. I've been looking for a FSJ, either a wagon or a pickup for about a year but can't find one locally that is in good enough shape to mess with.
