Excellent condition well cared for ARB Simpson II w/annex and zip in floor.

Save ~$600+ over new for a tent less than a year old.

Changes from new:

o Small section of trailer side of annex wall removed (~1'x4') and reinforced to align with AT Horizon side box opening (can be covered if desired).

o All tent seams are completely sealed and reinforced with Seam Grip.

o Two tent awning side steel rods cut short to mount on Horizon awning (easily replaced).

Pick up in Scottsdale, AZ or will meet within 100 miles.

$1150 takes all. Reason for sale: Seeking crank up model.

Man I wish it was wider. We have the EA 1800 and it's the perfect size for the 3 of us and the dog. I love the annex on that ARB.
