I just spent the most amazing two hours with my nine year old son. I recently introduced him into the world of Archery and while we have shared many past times (Skiing, snowboarding, wake boarding, dirt biking and bringing him along during the last pheasant hunt) I really think tonight cuts the cake.

Nothing quite like looking down at your son while taking turns sending arrows into a target, while we are laughing and joking about shots. It's up there with the first time we rode a ski-lift chair together.

I highly recommend it.

I agree! I set up a target range in my back yard this year. My 20 year old son and I have had a great time shooting together.

I loved archery when I was a kid. I supervised the archery range for the cub scout camp when I was a boy scout. Sounds like an excellent father/son activity to me.

My boy, Cam (11) loves to shoot the bow. His enthusiasm for sticking arrows in a target has rekindled my interest in archery as well.
