What can you tell me about the Jeep M715, the so-called Kaiser? I saw a 1966 (turbo diesel) for sale here, and was instantly reeled in by the rugged looks. What's a good price for a clean one?
Fyi, I know very little about Jeeps.

Pricing a vehicle for another part of the world is a rather difficult thing to do, especially with the vehicle being an ex-US Military vehicle.
Buying the vehicle has lots of dependents: what you are willing to spend, for what purpose is the vehicle to be used, what condition you want it in, etc. These are typical questions that the buyer has to answer themselves. Way these cost considerations, parts availability in your area, work you can/can't do yourself, and even though it's rugged looking, you may have to pass on the purchase.
Just don't get yourself into over-your-head.

That's advice applicable to just about any purchase, thanks. So what can you tell me about the M715 itself?

I would buy it if I was you. It is my dream rig. I "plan" to get one and swap a 6.2 diesel in and build a camper box on the back. But I think that plan is a few years off.
