Will be traveling to Costa Rica in january looking 4 a co-driver

Its just that I want to drive to Costa rica and surf this winter ( january through march) I would like to get a bit of help on the driving and with the spanish, mine is sub par at best. My rig is a '91 toyota hilux 4by with a ute tray and a small lift. I can pick up anywhere between Ohio and the border, so pretty much anywhere.

this might be too late, but what the hell.. have you left yet? what is your plan? Ive traveled through baja a bunch of times, and have been to el salvador and costa to surf. I might be able to swing the trip. How did you get into surfing living in ohio?
