Great post. Beautiful mog...
If someone has the cash, this would make for quite a machine.

That truck came through Sean at Euro truck maybe a year ago. Saw it on his lot when I went to peak at the Orange Doka (man was it rough).

Ohh those winches have wireless remotes they are used to hoist you fat self up to the door. :eatchicke :hehe:
Ok I'll raise you the maxi mog http://www.maximog.com/
Of what Eurotruck has currently for sale I like this one if I had the $40k. Put a ambulance body on it and make it a camper. Its Dakar prepped and has some funky mid ship mounted winch that has some ridiculous pull like 20 tons and I think I read it can achieve maximum pull with 100ft out or 6 inches. I think its a capstan style winch with a spooler. So no worries about how many layers on the drum.

The guy (Greg) that use to own this one was one of my customers. Never did get a chance to do much more then sit in it. I was suppose to go wheeling with him.

Any idea what the asking price was or how much it went for?

It must have seemed a good idea at the time. Too much wacky-baccy?
Other than that, it looks a really good expedition vehicle!

I never asked Greg what he paid for it. He had Sean at Eurotruck broker it on the resale I believe but I don't recall what the asking price was.
More pictures of it as it was being put together.
It was pretty slick. It had a big winch on the front. It had a second electric wich mounted behind the cab. The bed had a couple guides so you could wich from behind and it als had a loop on the top of the roll bar so the wich could be run straight up and use to pull it up or for side hills.
Last picture I saw of it the current owner looks like he had a run in with a swing set. Had the most god awful exo I have ever seen. Geo might recall where a link is for it. It was up on Pirate for a while.

I still can't get over how cool that Portal'd G-series is on EuroTruck.
