I just found these mentioned on an other thread:

I was just wondering if anyone knew how much weight they would support? I would like to add a Baja rack as a second tier for gear storage. I would put the heavy stuff in the bed and then just put lighter items up there.

Do you guys think I should buy two sets of them to make four cross beams or I am just being too anal. I mostly hit the WB roads of Death Valley/Saline Valley/Owens Valley.

They attach, I believe to the rail mount anchors your truck came with, so what do they hold 300 pounds pull force each?
