I'm looking at a Thule cargo bag for my '00 4Runer. The dog gets the back of the truck so I need some room for my packs and whatnot for hiking.
Anyone have any experience with these?

I've had good results from an earlier version.

Speaking of survival... how are your rear springs doing? Looks like they're hating life in that pic!

Those soft Downey Off-Road rear springs were replaced with the Deavers in my sig. The truck was heavily loaded but even then the rear Downey springs sucked big time. The front coilovers are still fine.

My Thule has been great. I use a dry sack or easy seal space bag as extra insurance for stuff that really needs to stay dry though the Thule has yet to leak on me.
