Thoughts? I think I want one. Just wish there were more dealers.
Moto Guzzi is owned by Piaggio, which also owns Aprilia. The old Moto Guzzi factory is being shut down and consolidated with Aprilia. Aprilia also makes the Caponord Adventure bike. Wonder if they'll continue to make both?

I've always liked Moto Guzzis--never owned one, but have ridden a few (a long time ago). As the joke goes: "they've been going out of business for 80 years." But they somehow manage to come up with new bikes. I'd spend some serious time reading the Stelvio and Quota threads on ADV, they're in the "Beasts" section.
They're probably not the best choice for serious dual sport riding, but would be comfortable touring bike.
Also, Guzzi owner are also a fun lot, with a good sense of humor...hmmm?
Keep us posted.

I thought I was the only one intrigued by this bike. Unfortunately, it is at about number 3 on my list so I most likely won't get one. It is more of a tourer and no 1,2 for me are more dirt oriented.

The reviews of the Moto Guzzi 1200 Stelvio NTX are out there, but it's not imported to USA yet. The No Limits model comes with sump guard, crash bars and narrower rims so you can fit knobby tires. The NTX models have traction control and anti-lock brakes, both of which can be switched off, if you like.
