Wouldn't this be nice if Isuzu imported these to the States, maybe it might jump start the Isuzu Revolution! Bring back Joe Isuzu!!!

Rumor has it that the MU-7 (or a variation of it) will be making it stateside for the 08 model year as a replacement to the Trooper & Ascender.

I hope they do - they were originally talking about it as a 2006 model, but that didn't come about - but hopefully now that GM has loosened their grip, they will be able to get it to market - With the MU-7 and the D-max (which is similar to the i-series pickups), Isuzu would be in pretty good shape - maybe a crossover to appeal to the masses, or else a smaller SUV to jump in where the Rodeo left off - and they could get back to where they were - and I will have something to buy down the road after I put a few hundred thousand miles on the Trooper...

and diesels! They need to take advantage of the low-sulphur diesel when it arrives and give us some killer Isuzu diesels....maybe not a monster twin-turbo V-10 like VW, but....actually - a monster twin-turbo V-10 would be cool, now that I think about it....
