Here is what i ended up doing. Cost a total of $13

Ordered License Plate Light Kit from http://www.bluestarsupply.com/

It is product # 003-70B cost $12

Put a pigtail with a quick disconnect on it:

Is it pretty easy to remove for accessing the spare?

No, but that is why i put it there. Its a mini theft deterrent. Not much of one but better then nothing.

NOTE: The HORRIBLE condition of the Alloy rim! Currently looking for a new one!

Nice but I dont see how you installed it? do you have a u-bolt around the spoke or soemthing?

No, i used the bracket that slee provides with his bumper, here are a few pics.

This could easily be made out of a small piece of aluminum of steel. Yes, the bracket is bent, i bent it on purpose so that the plate sits level, the mounting plate for the spare is scewed a little.

Cool! The quick disconnect plug was robbed off of the original license plate lights that came with the carrier. They were all busted up and corrored so i robbed the wiring and plugs from it! :D

Cool, i'll grab some of those plugs next time i visit the local upull....those type are common on Jeeps also.

I'll see if i can find you a clean wheel while i'm there.
