Broke my damn camera getting back into the boat after the first snorkeling trip. So no pics from the last two days in San Pedro.

GREAT pics! Looks like you had a blast. I can't wait for my turn! This is a great pic (http://seth.phizz.net/adventures/belize_2006/san_pedro/images/imgp1065.jpg) of you - what did you have on your line? Looks like this dude (http://seth.phizz.net/adventures/belize_2006/san_pedro/images/imgp1070.jpg) has been to Thailand. ;)

Man, you're gonna love it. For a country the size of Massachusetts it has so much to offer and the people are generally really friendly. I wish I had time to get down to Placencia.

It was a grouper. What happens though is right when you hook them they run and hide in the rocks/coral. Then the line rubs up against it and breaks. I ended up losing that one. He must have been a good size too. We lost quite a few that way. Our guide was getting mad that we were losing his hooks. Prick.

Ha ha, yup, he was out there in May for a week and a half. Loved it. I didn't have the money at the time to go with him. Wish I could have.

I think he's just wrapped up in the motor. Or hooked a Caribbean rock, maybe.
:D

This one is super cool:

Oh man, that's cave tubing. Definitely one of my favorite parts of the trip. You float down a crystal clear river with these turquoise pools, passing through a couple caves that have been carved out by the river. The caves have some wicked formations.

After I saw that sign, I asked a couple of locals about it and none of them could really give me an info on it. I just googled it, and got this:
