Used 3 nights. Condition is as you'd expect for this little amount of use.
Its in immaculate condition. No stains, leaks, or tears.
The ladder put wear marks where it contacts the inside of the cover on my drive home from Colorado, before I had a chance to use outdoor carpet strips between the tent ladder and cover.
I since then patched the inside of the cover with heavy duty duct tape and have used carpet strips as mentioned to avoid wear. The cover does not leak.
Bought this tent barely a month ago for $1695. Will sell for $1300 + shipping.
