Hey guys,
I want to start cooking with a wok and trying to decide between two sizes.
11" or 13"
I will be using it mainly to cook for two adults and two children.
The 13 is 10 bucks more and considerably heavier.
Thoughts?

if its considerably heavier its prolly a good carbon steel instead of something thin and stamped? i'd go with it for sure, i use a 14" and its a good size for small crowds. the thing with a wok is to only use so much area so as to keep the temps high, if you overload it the temps come down and you dont get that quick seer.

I have an Atlas 14" steel wok and lid I take along in my trailer. The only problem for me: It occupies a rather large space. I've been thinking about a 12" version for the smaller form factor. But if space is not an issue get the bigger one!

I'm traveling in my Syncro but space and weight is an issue. Already a lot of gear and weight in the van.
