I scored a 130w Kyocera panel off of craigslist for $100. It works great, but the glass is shattered. Anyone have luck replacing the glass? I'm thinking of just using some thin polycarbonate and gluing/sealing it to the glass with silicone.

I also scored a Xantrex C12 charge controller (http://www.xantrex.com/web/id/71/p/248/pt/25/product.asp). It's got a cool dusk/dawn feature that you can use to control lights.

I'll post some pics of my ghetto fabulous solar setup later.

I like the controller and look forward to the review.

Take care in choosing the silicon you use if you go that route. A lot of silicon will yellow over time. Keep it just around the edges and you will probably be fine.
