Hey all,

I hope this thread is in the correct section.

I am in the process of buying two old, but specially equipped jeep scramblers in Fairbanks, Ak and am looking to rent part of someone's shop/garage for a day or two. I need to disassemble the three piece steel hardtops and put them on a pallet to ship to Mass. I would then have a tow company scrap the jeeps. I don't really know anyone up there and thought this may be a good start. PM me or email me at charlie@hollyhilltransport.com if you can help.

I don't expect anything for free, but couldn't afford to pay a mechanic to do all the work and have this happen within my budget.

I have a buddy that lives in Wasilla, not exactly close to Fairbanks but I know he has a lot of room and he likes Heeps too :elkgrin:. I don't know if he would agree to it or not but I can talk to him, let me know if you can get the vehicles to Wasilla/Palmer area.

Thanks for offering to ask your friend in Wasilla, but the guy with the Jeeps has gone MIA. I spoke with him last week and he said he would hang on to them until I could fly up next week. I called him Tuesday to double check with him before I bought the ticket and havn't heard back.
