just as it says. took it off to day to get rid of stuff hanging undernieth. i know this is odd but it just struck me that some one may need on of these.

the 2 braces are in excellant shape. sand,paint, and bolt on.

the raising/lowering device looks a little worse but does work. i had it moving after i took it out.

all mounting bolts are incloded
