Ive been lurking for a while now and thought I would finally join up. I'm slowly building up my tacoma and my brothers XJ for mild overland trips and camping. I'm stuck at the beach right now for college (rough life right?) but break away a few times every semester to get out of the city. Trying to plan a good trip for christmas break (Ideas?).
The trucks an '07 prerunner with a 2.7 and 5spd, basically stock with 265/75s, bike racks mounted to the rails, and some safety/recovery stuff. Im planning to build a canback/rack and setting up a subfloor over the next few weekends, along with instaling my CB and some aux lighting in the bed.

Sorry for the long post, just super excited about my upcoming trips :safari-rig: and this awesome weather. I'll spare you guys pics and specs of the Xj.
