Chris, I could be wrong, but that white thing looks like part of a wireless weather station, at least my weather station has a part that looks just like that.

The corrected retail price for this awning is $699.95 + tax/shipping. They charge $100 more for the 10 foot version. This is a great deal for someone local. I would have bought it if shipping was offered.

Dave is correct. It is a wireless weather station. I have used a couple before purchasing this from REI, and so far it is the best. Thanks for the kind comments about the site.

No sure where we are at in the buying process as lots of interest but nothing said it is has sold but if still available I will take it and can be up in Long Beach this Friday.

Next up can have it. I measured my rack and our 8 foot ARB is as big as i want to go. The 10 foot would just be out of hand. Thanks for the opportunity Ray..
