Automatic transmission, includes a welder, air compressor, hose reels, etc. Sort of low mileage too, 84,794.
Personally I like the automatic transmission on mine...makes stop and go driving easy. And with the lockup clutch engaged at speed, it's similar in efficiency to a manual.
