My 05+ Taco Bumper

Bumper I finished up a couple months ago. Thought I'd throw it out there for those who don't venture over to TTORA. Stick out from the grill is 3.25", I think stock was 3". I don't have a winch yet so I'm waiting to cut the fairlead hole, etc. I designed it to fit up to most 9.5k winches. I'm going to spray it with bedliner at that point. I cut the stock crossmember off and put in a new 2x3 one. So now the skid plate mounting surface is 2" higher than stock. As soon as I can get some access to a tubing bender I'm going to add hoops to match the grill and headlights.

Nice, how much does it weigh?

I am looking at doing my own since all the ones I have seen are heavier than I would like. I just need the angle, not the brawn, I would like to keep it at 25-50 pounds.

I think it's around 100lbs. I've got 3/8" plate for the winch tray though, so that probably adds 20-25 lbs. Good luck getting under 50 if you're doing anything other than tube.

What's up with those tires, are they retreads? BFG sidewalls with GY MTR type tread, I haven't seen those.

Thanks, I thought it was about that load. I am looking at doing a hybrid aluminum and tube one like my buddy's but even lighter and more refined:
