Cool!

BTW, Did you check out so the "options" page for the A/C kit! (looks like it's for their campers.)

That's interesting. 30 feet of storage you could store a lot of gear inside when it is closed.
@ 225lbs call your buddy's down the street and load it real quick!

I saw that... I am going to make something similar for my pop up one day.

The thing I like, it the weight is in the bed, and not up high.

Wow- I really like that but that price puts it way outta range of the type of people who would use it.

I doubt very highly you could beat 225 lbs. as well. That's unbelievable. I would think a leer topper weighs more.

I think I like CompactCamping's model better. Plus its way cheaper.

Take a look at the Quicksilver truck campers as well. They are not that expensive and aluminum construction. I had one on a trailer frame.

The only thing stopping me from getting one is the price. Even the Quicksilver Truck Camper is way overpriced for what you get.

Sort of like putting a pop up tent on a plywood box. Not a bad idea, just not my cup of tea.

i stumbled on leesurelight a few years ago when i was looking for something to mount on a small trailer,,http://www.leesurelite.com/tenttrailers.asp i would just buy the tent part to mount on my own trailer, but then i saw the prices,,, you get what you pay for yada yada, but theres a line where quality hits a wall no matter how much the price goes up.

Thats a neat little camper, but for less than 1500.00 you can get a old Apache eagle tent trailer and brand new canvas.

Oh, I agree. I got mine for $2100. Way underpriced to the MSRP.
Yah, I wouldn't go that route again. I did write about the expectations and downfalls to the use of such a camper.

The thing I don't like about it, is that it renders the of the truck usless for gear storage, and if you put a rack on top of it you would have to unload it everynight to set it up. I think it would be cool for a trailer, but as was prev. stated, you could buy and older pop-up trailer and modify it for less coin...just my $.02 worth...
