I would normally continue to habitually lurk, but my wife is adamant about sourcing a cheap, viable, and safe means of heating the tent. Hopefully, as I gain some experience and insight, I'll be able to actually contribute to other parts of the forum aside from the "for sale section". :)

The tent heater was off the market for a redesign, last I researched it. And the Zodi web site still says it's not available. I sold my used one in preference to a quieter catalytic.

I just talked to a guy at Zodi and he said they are planning on releasing the new model in mid March. 3wks to late for my camping trip.

Thanks for the info. That's good to know. Hopefully, they release their new tent heater on time as our trip to Zion is at the end of March. We're looking forward to finally using our new Chaser.
