Not sure whose Xterra this is... I am trying to dig up information on it. It's white which is good... lol. Has the Calmini rack, sliders, front and rear bumper, snorkel, and certainly looks like an SAS swap. Will post more pics if I can track down the owner.

Nice indeed! Definately a strait axle up front...but nice that he didn't go overboard with the lift....sweet looking rig.

I can't see the pic here at school but it sounds like Carlton McMillan's. He operates XOC now. Very nice rig and very nice guy. Professional photographer, he used to live in Texas and I believe he's now up in Minnesota. He gets some professional support from Nissan Corp from time to time.

Yes, it is Carlton's Xterra. He does run XOC (http://www.xterraownersclub.com/) and is a professional photographer out of Minneapolis. Here are a couple more pictures of his Xterra.

That's as bad as the heater core on a Land Rover Discovery - I definitely empathize - I'm in the middle of doing mine as well - same thing although rather than a leak it was flowing out

BTW that is the nices Xterra I've seen - congrats.

Crap!! That's intense! Hope it goes back together well.

Welcome to the site though, that is an awesome looking truck (when it's in one piece  )! Love to see a mod thread on it.

cheers

That is as bad as the BMW 535i I just got finished doing. It was a terrible experience.... 14 hours later I finally had it buttoned back up. I had to do this once on an 87 Nissan 4x4 and while a pain in the ***, it wasn't nearly as bad as what you are going through. Makes me dread the day that it goes out in my X.

Welcome and as has already been said, great looking rig. Do you ever trek up to northern MN or the UP of Michigan?

Nice looking rig, and welcome to the forums. :wavey:
As for the heater core, I swear they must start with the heater core and build the rest of the vehicle around it these days.

Yep - I think you're right about that. I'm modifying the whole thing at the moment so that if it goes bad again I don't have to rip the whole dash out.
