I swear by the FSM for maintenance procedures and especially torque specs. I was surfing around today and found this one:

2003 Tacoma FSM (http://www.deserted1.com/FSM/#Repair_Manual_Volume_1)

It includes information for the 5VZFE engine as well.

I figured some folks on here might find it useful.

See this post from IH8Mud: Fully Automatic Factory Service Manual (FSM) Downloading (http://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=128021). Starting on post #3 and scattered throughout the thread are the lists of FSMs you can use his downloader with. If yours is not listed, then he will make it for you. The catch is that you have to purchase a Toyota TIS (https://techinfo.toyota.com/indexhttps.html) subscription to use it ($10 for 24 hrs). I used it for my 2001 4Runner and 1999 Land Cruiser and was able to download all manuals available for those vehicles in about an hour.
