I have seen these on trails in Peru and was very impressed by them.
Smaller than the Toyota Hi-Ace van if I remember but does well with 4wd, it is always amazing what locals can get their vehicles to do on a daily basis.

Europe to Australia?

We are going to ship car to Australia and then travel for 12 months..so all over OZ.
After this trip we would like to drive from Canada to Argentina..but it is distant future.
We would like to do 2'' lift and fit 265/75/16 BFG and few other mods.

Just joined the group, drove my Delica across Russia, Europe Turkey Syria.
Great expedition vehical very under rated, much better than an conventional 4wd wagon (ie LR LC)

Hi Kamil,

Looks like a very nice kit,well thought out.

I noticed a bit of rust on the underneath of you Delica, from my experiance of the vehicles they have a weak point in the monoquope body just above the rear wheel right hand side (drivers).
It rusts through from the inside and is hard to see.

Man, I love these things! Every now and then I'll see one rolling through Oregon, but they've always got Canadian plates. Wish we got them in the States. Cool stuff.

Looking good !

A couple of questions, did you make the water heater ?
Did you look at Wabasco diesal heater ? would keep you warm at night.

You might want to think about a water loss alarm for the radiator with every additional connection there is more risk of a problem arising.

also the Rock Sliders ? they look very good, do you have the airconditioner radiator under the passenger floor and would they protect this.

We have Eberspacher D2 heater.
I am planning to fit Engine Watchdog and yes, water heater is custom made.
Rock sliders does not cover aircon radiator...I have to think about solution for this.

We did not have any winter here in UK. Last weekend +15C and flowers are in blossom.
It is better in Czech as well, no -25C like last week, now is +8C
