I see you mentioned the Humdinga, but did you see the other offerings from Gibbs (http://www.gibbstech.co.uk/)? The Aquada:

Sadly the Aquada is no longer built (and it was £100,000 anyway) the Humdinga is only a prototype to show to the military, and the Quadski? Well it's a bit small isn't it?

I see that the maker of the Watercar now has an amphibious Jeep. Looks pretty cool!

But, of course, putting a hull under a Jeep doesn't do much for the ground clearance.
