Here is a few of pictures of the seat frame for mounting aftermarket seats in a FJ40. Its in kit form.
The back bar will be in two pieces one with a insert tube welded for alignment. The front bar will be in three pieces also with insert tubes welded. This way I can ship it flat and thats cheaper. I'll include four cross bars coped on each end. 12 tabs for mounting seats and center console box. 10 tabs for mounting a two 5 point harnesses. 4 tabs for mounting the frame to the floor and instructions.
You should not have to cut anything, you will need a welder.
Cost $175.00 plus actual shipping costs. If interested PM me.
