My jeep is getting some vibes at 65+mph, almost shaking at times. Bad U-joints?

I get vibes in the rear sometimes @ highway speeds. I chalk it up to tires, though, cuz its gone when i get it down to about 55-60.
Also, sometimes at 65-70, its simply not there, especially after a long sweeping turn where one tire is spinning a bit faster or slower than the other one...

Yeah I do need new tires. My tires are terribly worn on the outside and brand new on the inside, I've taken it to get aligned so many times and they haven't been able to get it right.

Do you guys think BFG would honer their warranty even though it's kind of my fault my tires are unevenly worn?
I've only had them for a year and 20k.

I'd peg your u-joints or pinion angle before buying tires...

I get a vibe from 62-66 mph.....can't figure it out. I had the tires rebalanced and rotated and still there so I'm thinking it's not tires.

I'm have a 2.5" bb running 31's.
I don't want to buy new tires right now even if I could. I want to go slightly bigger and have other things to take care before that.
I'll probably replace my u-joins see what happens, it can't hurt.

i've got a spare set of stock sized tires you could put on and run around for while to check it out?
I'd think 30mins or so, of driving on the freeway would probably confirm/rule out tire issues?
just a thought.

yup.
maybe something we could do if we have the wrench party at my place?
We could bolt them on your rig, and you could go for a spin around my neighborhood, and out to the freeway and back...
