G-wagenaccessories.com introduces the all new G-wagen Polyurethane Coil Spring Spacer. The new Spring Spacers have been designed by Karl Volger of G-wagenaccessories.com for the use in the Mercedes Geländewagen. The new spring spacers are molded from a polyurethane elastomeric material by world renown and market leading company exclusively for G-wagenaccessories.com.
This is a very solid addition to an overland Mercedes G-wagen for a safe method of a modest body lift

CONSTRUCTION
• Cast in a multi faced mold from a proprietary polyurethane elastomeric material
• Spring Spacer net thickness is 30 mm
• Precision casting for the Mercedes G-Class coil springs and spring mounting plates.

USES
• Provides a modest body lift of 30 mm
• One size spacer for the front and a larger sized one for the rear axle to fit the different coil spring dia.

BENEFITS
• Modest 30 mm body lift
• Allows the use of larger wheels/tires
• Reducing the Noise, Vibration and Harmonics (NVH) levels
• Fits all G-wagen models. This is a vehicle specific part and does not fit other makes
• No other modifications necessary to brake lines, ABS cables, shock absorbers
• No other hardware necessary

The 50mm Spacers.....wish they would be produced by a Robot.....

I'm still haggling over the outrages engineering cost (for the additional 20mm) plus buying the minimum production run......

How many sets do you need?

Not sure I can endorse that procedure, however the spring spacers stack up pretty nicely.
