Good read. Anza Borrego is one of favorite places to play & relax. My first experience with humming bird moths was in Sheep Canyon, what a bizarre insect! 15 years ago on Christmas day, I rolled in solo to the rock cabin near Turkey Tracks only to bump into another lonely traveler who was in the Navy and getting ready to ship out for his first time. We shared a fire and brought in the yuletide together under the stars.

Sounds like a great trip! I'm planning a short trip out there in a few weeks, prior to ORE, mostly from Lance's and your feedback.

Hey Mario, we should give some consideration to planning an overland trip in 2011. With the new Habitat soon to be released and all the other projects you guys, as well as us, have been working on it'd be good to do some traveling together.
