Been doing a bit of reading in the various sub-forums, and didn't really see info on this - I may be able to pick an ambulance-type ford box van as a starter rig. Might be able to get to a sportmobile-type rig, a bit bigger and more custom, if there is a manufacturer that makes an aftermarket pop-top that can mount to a flat roof. Seen some pics of euro-rigs that have this sort of setup, anything available in the US? I would be open to full-pop, or a wedge-type, depends on what is available. This forum seemed a bit more pertinant than the van forum, but let me know if I should repost it there.
Thanks!

Hope ya dont mind if I pop in and ask as this seems apropiate to your question.
Has anybody ever gotten a used fiberglass van topper say from a wrecker and tryed to installe it on a newer van.
I ask because there are a couple here in the local wrecking yard and I have a chance to pick up a nice van for cheap to convert.Den
