So I orderd the APN header monday Night, It was on my door step friday morning. I cleaned & painted it with VHT Flame proof stuff :

I started the install Sat at 11:30am and was driving the jeep by 5:00pm, I removed the rad and header panel for extra room during the install.

I could not be happier, The sound is great and that header is beefy !!!

Now what I did today...

Found this in my garage, Forgot I bought it !!

Can you shoot me a PM on where you purchased the header?

Also, did you check your motor/trans mounts? Been told their the leading cause of header cracking. (I'll be doing mine in a few weeks :() I'm glad to hear it was a somewhat easy task.

Yep, I replaced the motor mounts with OE ones from jeep and a trans mount from NAPA... There was no rubber left in the driver side !!

I picked up the header from :

Its too bad really nice looking engine parts like a freshly finished header have to be burried deep down inside the engine where nobody will ever see it.

Looking good!

I have a question on the wiring for your soundbar. Where did you route the speaker wire? I have a '98 that already has the stock soundbar but the previous owner somehow damaged the wiring. I want to run new wires but am not sure where they were routed stock. I'd rather not tear the whole interior apart trying to find the original speaker wires if I don't have to.
