Where to get a Gen 1 wiper motor?

My front wipers stopped working, and in the process of having some other things worked on, my mechanic took it apart and pin-pointed the problem. Apparently Mitsubishi thought it would be a wonderful idea to use plastic gears, and they were all stripped out after 21 years. Quoted at $180 parts and labor, I've elected to find one myself, but it hasn't been working out. Wonder if they are sold now? LOL I noticed that the 91 uses the same assembly/motor, did you ever ask your parts dealer about the 3.0 V6 in a 91Monty? I know I have always asked about 87 through 89s for parts....Thanks for the info!
