WTT Womens Sorels

I was planning on buying my wife a good pair of winter boots this year for Christmas, but...well, I got laid off Monday. So buying them isn't really wise at the moment.
However, I have a never worn pair of Womens Alpine Sorels in size 8 that I'd like to trade for a pair of size 9 or 9 1/2 Sorels.
I don't think they are made anymore, but they look like these:

Used in good shape maybe only needing a new set of liners would be fine.
