Looking for Dutch Members living in the Netherlands

I am interested in meeting any Dutch Members living in the Netherlands. I lived there for 3 years in the 1990s and plan to go to the Utrecht area for an extended stay in early 2011. I am currently living and working in Equatorial Guinea and plan a break from African work. I have a few questions about vehicle registration in the Netherlands.
