Questions about tire sizes

My tacoma 2002, 4x4 TRD has 265x75x16 tires. I remember reading that 265x70x16 were stock.

The 265x75x16s rub a wee bit on the truck. I have the truck in the shop right now, however what did you guys do that have similar trucks to run the 265x75s?

Mine rub the frame slightly, when turned. Haven't done anything, it just removed a little paint. It's minor and doesn't hurt anything, so I don't really worry about it.
