Introduction

Hi,

New to this forum, which I came across accidentally looking for something else. and thought I would introduce myself first in the Landy section as I am a bit of a Landyphile.

Currently own two Disco DIIs (2001 & 2004) and a 1984 Defender 90 (all V8s) and am based in Dubai, UAE.

I do frequent weekend camping trips and usually a couple of long haul trips in excess of one week in the region. I have been living in and exploring the Arabian peninsula for almost 21 years.

Attached is a photo of my 2001 Disco that I use for the majority of my trips

Nice looking Disco. The UAE is definitely on my list of places to visit. I was supposed to go to Dubai last year but my company decided to send one of the guys based in Europe instead.

I tread lightly :)

Not sure why they don't show I usually try and avoid footprints by walking back up on my tracks and looping round to photograph my vehicles in order to avoid footprints
