Camping Freeport Maine/Casco Bay area

Planing a family trip to this area around Fathers day week. Activities we are interested in are: Sealions, light houses. fishing on and off shore. Canoe/kayak in the bay. Local sea food. And to keep the wife happy, the outlets. Would like some local advice on camp grounds, fishing charters, or any one with a boat that could take my family of 4 fishing.
