Bulldog All Terrain Japanese Mini-Trucks - (http://bulldogoffroad.com/index.html)

"A Bulldog All Terrain Truck is unlike anything you have ever seen, providing a new look, a new feel and a new experience to offroad travel."

"All models are right hand drive. Most models have a powerful 660 cc, 3 cylinder gasoline engine that will get over 40 mpg while running in excess of 55 mph. An 8 gallon gas tank has never provided so much."

These are examples of Japanese Kei Class (or K Class) light utility vehicles. The K class vehicles are popular in many Asian countries. These have 550cc or 660cc engines, and are not street-legal in USA. You can find these occasionally on eBay for ~$3500.

K class trucks provide a more durable and more capable alternative to ATVs for off-road use on farms, golf courses, ski areas and the like. Earlier models had an almost flat front, and more recent versions have an extended nose designed to provide a little better crash protection.

Manufacturers of K class include
Daihatsu Hijet
Honda Acty
Mitsubishi Minicab
Mazda Scrum
Subaru Sambar
Suzuki Carry

I think the "Bulldog" models are an assortment of vehicles from the above manufacturers, imported as used vehicles for off-road use.

Plus the other good thing about them is if you shred your tire off road you can just replace it with an old bagel. :D
