Any idea what a M416 with:
spring over
still has the pintel,
tailgate,
spare tire carrier & spare tire,
roll on bed liner, w/ some rust showing through where camping gear has rubbed away the liner,
a Bedouin roof top tent mounted on top on Yakima cross bars would sell for? This is what the tent looks like http://www.safaritrailers.com/images/moon1.jpg
would sell for?

Thanks

I don't know how much a completed trailer would be worth but I know of a man in Phoenix who just might be wanting to sell one. He is due to take delivery on a few Canadian trailer soon.

Depends on the condition of the trailer. M416 that are beat the cuss out of go for about 5 or 600 bucks. restored or reconditioned should go up towards $2k. But then again I've seen the ones that were beat some go for $2k as well.
I just bought an m416 that was Ugly but free of rot and was straight for $850.00.

Ugly can be cured with sander and paint.

It is kinda hard to say, it is worth what someone will pay for it. As you have described, I wouldn't go under $1,500 but someone may pay closer to 2k if the tent is as nice as it looks.

Depends on the type/model of tent.
Trailers, I don't know.

But if you know of any close to San Diego let me know.

there is a guy in the bay area making this styl of trailer,
Google
Percival fabrication

His product starts at 15 or 1600 and goes up. The box on it is 3'2" by 6". I really liked it because it came with a tail gate option, and my trailer has to do double duty. (work/play)

I just happened along the M416 that I bought for 850, and figured I'll put the tailgate in myself for that price.

Percival is at http://www.4x4fab.homestead.com/trailers.html

Nice looking units ... though the more I look at these, the more I'm inclined to build my own.

Hmmm, Winnebago Industries is just up the road from here, surely there's some aluminum sheeting they'd like to get rid of ...

More homework required. Just what I need, another project ;)
