Anyone know of a good camping set that doesnt weigh like 300 lbs?? Im looking to pick up one before the next trip. Figured, we'll play on the beach while camping. Gonna hit sears at lunch, see what they have.

Well, i just got back from Sears. They had a nice couple sets... some more expensive than others ( i dont need gold plated) and some with pouches instead of plastic boxes. I just went for the one that was on sale $14. Can't beat it. Made by spalding comes with its own hard plastic carrying case. The horseshoes weigh more than the case ever will.

I didnt' know Coleman made a set. It's like $34 though.

Kind of off topic, but did you ever play washers? Like horseshoes only with ~2.5" diameter steel washers. Google it, there's a million variations. Plastic or even paper plates for targets could make for a very compact game :REOutArchery02:
Washers is very common around here, play it all the time. :)

I have the set similar to the one SOCALFJ posted. I picked it up at Sportsman's Warehouse.
It comes on pretty much every trip.
