Sunday 15th January 2012: Africa Overland & Surfing Film: Thirty Thousand

In 2010 two Australian surfers traveled down the West coast of Africa surfing along the way. The movie and DVD has just been released and is currently on tour in Australia.

I am planning on watching the film on 15th January 2012 at the Collaroy Cinema, Northern Beaches. Shout out if you can attend.

Wow.....that righthander in the Southern Sahara looked awesome on the trailer......can't wait to see the whole movie. Regards John

It was an interesting movie which I enjoyed watching. No audio from the original film which meant that the music and voice overs dominated the 50mins a little too much.
I would recommend buying it simply to support the overland community and the hardwork they put into creating the film.
