SOLD!
We purchased it in November 2007 and have spent 25 to 30 nights in it. We will be replacing it with a larger tent...possibly two, there are five of us now and a 55 lb dog. Just purchased a brand new cover. Everything on the tent works great. Only parts needing replacement are the cover straps(we've been using cam straps).
The mattress cover is in like new condition, we used a 3 inch memory foam topper on above the mattress. Included options are the changing room, used less than 5 times, and the ladder extension.
