If glass is okay rather than the acrylic some folks prefer then I'd suggest taking a look at these guys: http://www.motionwindows.com/prod1800.php There are some good things said about them on the web.

I've had Seitz windows in vehicles [continuously] for 8 years.
They have several plusses:
good insulation due to double pane construction
ability to be polished out after acquiring scratches [we developed lots of them!] - use Novus 3-step cleaning prolducts
reliable hardware vis-a-vis hinges, latches, etc.
design of shades/screen is very flexible re adjustment
and several minuses:
poor material selection for external frames - they are a moulded plastic/semi-foam that can easlily break and any solvent strips the color off them
very poor bug screens - the material itself is large enough mesh to admit lots of small bugs, and the side tracks are easily evaded by med-large bugs and so lots get in [I have had to build separate no-see-em netting covers for each of our last three vehicles!!]
I have not yet had a really good door. Ones from Seitz and All-Rite have been OK, but lots of shortcomings each.

I recently had a load of windows made in the UK by Kellett windows.

The quality is awesome. The frames are welded aluminium in a variety of extrusions, they will anodize or powder coat for you. They use multiple seals to prevent water and dust ingress and they can do all styles in proper double glazing. They can use a variety of glass thicknesses (all toughened) but the standard 4mm is plenty for even large windows. The cost was about the same as seitz but no flyscreens or blinds are fitted.
I'll get some better photos when I get a chance:

KC Technik is an excellent german manufacturer used by unicat, ormocar, action mobil, etc, but the cost is prohibitive for most.
