Anyone use one of these?

I've got a cast iron Hibachi inherited from Dad ("uhh.. here... you can have all his Guy Stuff" ) that's great at home or in a pickup truck, but not so great in a clean, carpeted wagon interior. That and it weighs 24 lbs empty..

This SonOfHibachi looks pretty neat.. if it works as advertised. I'll probably pick one up if nobody's got a reason I shouldn't :)

I like that little grill tho'!

Oh well her ya go anyway; It ain't fer sissies.

Sonofabitch Stew
2 pounds lean beef :steak:
Half a calf heart
1/2 pounds calf liver
1 set sweetbreads
1 set brains
1 set marrow gut
Salt, pepper
Louisiana hot sauce

Kill off a young steer. Cut up beef, liver and heart into I -inch cubes; slice the marrow gut into small rings. Place in a Dutch oven or deep casserole. Cover meat with water and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste. Take sweetbreads and brains and cut in small pieces. Add to stew. Simmer another hour, never boiling.

Looks like it might work well. Buy one and tell us what you think. As far as the stew, I'll try most anything but I'm out on that one. I mean why not throw the whole damn calf in a pot and cook that. I'm kidding but to each their own.

Since nobody's come out and said DON'T GET THAT POS I'll go ahead and buy one.. probably not for a few weeks though as I'm not buying toys for the next few weeks in order to save every cent for a no-using-credit-cards vacation :)

I have a Q grill and they are n longer available in the US. Due to the fact they catch on fire. So as long as they don't catch on fire mine as well try it see what you think. What is the price point?
